What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
All payment transactions are via PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to purchase items from our shop. Just choose the "guest checkout" option when finalizing your payment.
How long will my order take? TOP
Premade items will ship next day. Custom orders will be processed within 7-10 days and then shipped. Shipping may take 3-4 days. Please keep processing and shipping times in mind when placing a custom order.
How will my order be shipped? TOP
All of our items are shipped via USPS.
What is your return policy? TOP
We take great pride in our work and work closely with you to create a one-of-a-kind party item. Most of our items are customized specifically for you. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and we will review complaints on a case by case basis. Custom Design Fee is not refundable, as neither is time!

Overnight Shipping may be purchased for an additional fee of $37.99
Customization TOP
For custom party items the customer is
allowed up to 1 design edit when the additional $4.99 purchase is made.
The final party items will not be shipped until the invoice is paid.
E-Invitation Information TOP
Please note that you are purchasing a high resolution electronic
jpeg file of this invitation that you can either email to your party
guests or print out if you prefer.
Each invitation is 4.5 x 6.25 in size.
Upon purchase I will email you a digital (jpeg) file to have your invitations printed or go green and email them!
What is a JPEG file?
A JPEG file is basically an electronic photograph.
How do I print my invitations?
Simply
download the file that we will email you and then treat the file as you
would treat any normal photograph. You may print them at home, or
upload them to a photo lab and have them printed.
If I print the invitations out what size envelope would I use?
A6 Will I receive an invitation proof? TOP
Yes, invitation proofs are sent within 48 hrs of your purchase. Custom Invitation Designs take at least one week, and then a proof will be sent. One proof edit is included with purchase, each additional proof is $5.
